In addition, Karen has over 40 years of experience as a body worker, physical fitness trainer and Fitness Director. Her clients range in age from 10 years to 85 years of age.
Karen’s current career and certifications were inspired by her own first hand experience. She was a sponsored raquetball and tennis professional until she was impacted by deteriorating disc disease in her spine and had to have three intense ACL knee surgeries which resulted in her giving up tennis and racquetball for 20 years. It was only when Karen was introduced to and treated with Therapeutic Cupping and TRX was she able to play again! With these modalities she is proud to help and enable others to achieve health and wellness too.
